What to Expect When Ordering a ThermaPool Online

We have worked hard designing the ThermaPool to be the perfect at-home warm water therapy pool, but we also worked very hard to make the ordering process just as easy as possible. Here is what you can expect when you order a ThermaPool online or over the phone.

You will receive an email from our accounting department confirming your order. This email will include, your name, a detailed description of the items you ordered, a total of the charges and the estimated ship date from our facility in Southern California. Please Note: if you order online, your telephone number will not be shared with us. Please, upon receiving the email from accounting, reply back with the best contact telephone number.

Step 1: Order Confirmation Email

This typically happens within a week or so from your order. A ThermaPool has a production window of 10-14 business days from the time of ordering to when it is ready to ship. You can request a later ship date. We do offer post-dating on warranties if you need more time.

Step 2: Scheduled for Production

You will receive an email from our shipping department on or about the day listed on you Order Confirmation email. This shipping email will contain a tracking number and a website to track your pallet's daily progress to you. There is information in the email with online resources and a toll-free number for updates.

Step 3: Shipping Confirmation Email

We pay fee for Residential Delivery as well as an Notification Phone Call to arrange a delivery time. The telephone number you give us is the one we provide them. Usually they will call to arrange a window of time (typically about 3-4 hours) for the delivery. If that day is inconvenient, arrange with them accordingly. They do not delivery on weekends.

Step 4: Receive a Call from the Trucking Company

The driver will unload the pallet and will place it in your garage or thereabouts. They are not licensed to go on your property or to unpack the pallet. Although the pallet will weigh over four hundred pounds, the individual boxes are very manageable. They will fit through a walkway, hallway or whatever you have available as access to your proposed pool site area. We do recommend a dolly or hand truck to move the boxes.

IMPORTANT: If there is any damage to the pallet and or boxes, please note this on the bill of lading before signing it. Failing to do this may prevent us from replacing anything damaged by the shipper. Although we do package your pool in a way that it protects the most vunerable parts, we do understand things happen. So please make sure to note any damage on the BOL paperwork.
